Lilith - Senior Portraits - Capitol Hill

Excited to share my senior portrait session with the lovely Lilith from last June! We shot around my neighborhood on Capitol Hill on a busy Saturday.

This girl was so naturally good at posing and smiling! :) I like the casual summery vibe these have.

I can’t wait for this time of year again and to experience that sunshine and warmth when shooting with my clients, it’s been so bloody freezing at my last few sessions!

Hair + makeup, as always, by the fabulous Sophia Hutch

Aly - Senior Portraits - Pioneer Square / Waterfront

My senior portrait client Aly is such an amazing person. It’s easy to see how her parents did such a great job raising her because she is so kind, sweet and caring. She is my first client to bring their dog to a session which was FANTASTIC (and a bit of a challenge haha). Aly adores her bulldog Henry and having him around at her session was so fun. Everyone wanted to pet him!

My go to girl Sophia Hutch did Aly’s hair and makeup. I love the copper and pink eye and pink lip she gave her, it really suited Aly’s beautiful blue eyes and blonde hair! It also coordinated with her pink Reebok’s + sweater in her first look.

Aly is definitely a multi-faceted kind of gal and I was amazed by how many extracurricular activities she does! She is an avid golfer (her grandfather makes her a special set of custom clubs ever year! WHAT?! So cool!). She founded the Wellness Club at her school and wants to help her fellow students focus on mental health and self care in fun ways. She also did History Bowl at her school. We bonded over how much we both love the shows “The Great British Bake Off” and “Queer Eye” 💖

All in all, it was a lovely experience getting to know Aly, her mom Stacey and her brother Mac at her session. I love when family’s are super close like theirs. I am so grateful to have such nice clients!

Lauren - Senior Portraits - Olympic Sculpture Park

Lauren is just too cute and she has such a beautiful smile. She is going to be graduating from Shorecrest Highschool this coming year. She loves singing and music (she is in the choir at school) and loves hiking and being outdoors. She’s a self proclaimed “nature freak!” which is so perfect for where we live here in the PNW. I thought the Olympic Sculpture Park would be a perfect location for her session. I love how these turned out and I think the images really emphasize her personality, casual style and love of the outdoors. It was a pleasure meeting Lauren and her mom, Lynn. It’s such a privilege to work with such a sweet, kind and close knit family!
